Residents have signalled opposition to plans to convert the former St Joseph’s Care Home in Cotham Hill into 131 studio flats for students. Developer Harringay Real Estate has set up a website to seek public opinion, as a step towards a future planning application. People have until 25 March 2026 to submit views.
