The number of proposed bed spaces is 132, one more than the number trailed in its pre-submission public consultation. Residents have signalled opposition to plans to convert the former St Joseph’s Care Home in Cotham Hill into 131 studio flats for students. Developer Harringay Real Estate has set up a website to seek public opinion on the proposal, as a step towards submitting a planning application in April or May. The website can be viewed here.
