Resident wrote to UoB: "Our second night of disturbance in a row from Eaton Crescent. It’s hard to be certain without going around in person but it would appear to be Flat x, No xx Eaton Crescent. Loud music and partying ... It’s been pretty noisy since September when the new lot came in ..."
