* Richmond Terrace, 10 Oct: 2nd complaint

(23015) Second complaint about a student flat in Richmond Terrace, Clifton, on 10 October 2023. The previous complaint related to an incident on 29 September.

Resident wrote to UoB: "They had another party in their garden last night. They didn't go in the communal gardens but the noise was just as intrusive. Music and shouting. This disturbed the terrace until way past 11pm. I had several messages from residents trying to sleep."

In a separate email, the resident said: "I also spoke to the managing agents and they were great and will contact the students and their parents. Interestingly, the guy said how effective [the university's community liaison officer] has been over the last couple of years and how much his work helps the managing/letting agents as well as residents."
