(23016) Complaint about noise from a student house in Warwick Road, Clifton Down, on two occasions in early October.
Resident wrote to UoB: "The tenants staying at this address during the summer were behaving, like most residents, in a considerate way and it has been greatly appreciated. However, within the past week, I have been woken up twice by noisy disturbances from tenants/ guests shouting outside their house."
She says the disturbances happened on Saturday, 7 October, between 1am and 2am and on
Wednesday, 11 October, at 1am to 1:15am. "The situation is quite stressful: my sleep gets disturbed and I feel tired the next day."
In a later email, the resident says that two students came to apologise after she contacted the managing agents for the property.
