* Grange, 4 Jul: 'Shouting and staggering'

(21005) Report of noise disturbance at a property in Grange Road, Clifton, on the night of 3-4 July 2021. Second complaint in two days.

Resident says: ""Woken at 23:30 by loud music and singing from the lounge. At 23:45 the front door is now open with a group of partygoers in loud conversations. At 00:05, six leave, shouting and swearing loudly. At 01:30 another group begin to leave but they remain talking on the steps for some time.

"Between 03:15 & 03:30 my wife witnessed three very drunken students (two males and, possibly, a female) shouting and staggering along Grange Rd. One could hardly stand up and fell repeatedly with a banging noise onto a solid wooden gate next to No. [x]. The other two carried on larking about in the street until, eventually, the gate-banger was helped up the steps and into No. [x], banging the front door shut very loudly."
