* Arlington Mansions, 23 Jun: 'Music, shouting'

(21116) Complaint about noise from a flat in Arlington Mansions, a large block in Arlington Villas, Clifton, in the early hours of 23 June 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "At 00:40 I couldn't sleep — a party in Flat [x], [xx] Arlington Villas had the windows open, flashing lights, loud music and shouting, screaming. I took a video and messaged Operation Beech. Within 15 minutes the party had stopped."

The complaint also references a separate incident of daytime noise from an unidentified flat at the Mansions which was "so loud ... it was interfering with work-related Teams calls as people could hear it on the other end ..."
