* Grange, 2 Jul: 'Woken after midnight'

(21002) Complaint about noise disturbance from a student house in Grange Road, Clifton, in the early hours of 2 July 2021.

Resident says: "... the new tenants of [x] Grange Road started the new year in style. We were woken at 00:15 this morning by a group of 4 or 5 on the steps, with the usual loud voices. I opened our bedroom window and asked for quiet. They promptly disappeared ...

"I had to be up early this morning to catch a train to London for an important meeting so this was not what I needed. They presumably know the rules ... Phoenix Agency gave them our letter about noise and waste so they knew the score."
