* Cotham Vale, 25 Jun: Fourth complaint

(21117) Complaint about student party at a house in Cotham Vale in the early hours of 25 June 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "It's 3.15a.m. and I have just been round to No. [xx] where there is a party. It has been intermittent shouting since about 10.30p.m. which we have been trying to avoid by closing all the windows (despite its being midsummer when we should be able to have our windows open), but then it cranked up at c.2.30 with more shouting in the garden and in the street, particularly as people were leaving and screaming deliberately, after one of them said, 'Shh. Watch out for the noise police.' ..."

This is at least the fourth complaint against this property in the current academic year.
