* Westfield, 20 May: 'Raucous, uncouth'

(22063) Complaint about noise at a student property in Westfield Park, Clifton Down, on the night of 19/20 May 2023.

Resident wrote to UoB: "We experienced another disturbed night last night as a result of a group of (probably) students at the same property you investigated last [October]. It was exactly the same type of disturbance as last time, with loud, raucous and uncouth talking/shouting -- no music, thankfully."

The resident says he made a recording at near midnight and the noise "forced me into a front bedroom for the rest of the night -- ear plugs were to no avail."
