* Westfield Park, 30 Oct: Details needed

(22044) A resident has asked UoB to investigate noise disturbance in Westfield Park, Clifton Down ward, in the early hours of 30 October 2022.

The resident wrote to UoB: "My wife and I, plus friends who are staying with us, had our sleep significantly affected for most of last night ... I am attaching a video with sound taken at 02.30 this morning. It is taken out of our rear bedroom window facing East but I cannot be sure [which property it was]. The noise continued until 04.30 and was all shouting. Music didn’t seem to be involved."
