* Worrall, 4 Oct: Second complaint

(22028) Repeat complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Worrall Road, Clifton Down ward, this time on the evening of 4 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "Disturbances again tonight, sounds like there are people round, music, loud talking and shouting particularly in the garden ...

"For avoidance of doubt, ANY noise from another property is too much noise in the community other than unavoidable daytime noise such as building, DIY, gardening, musical instruments practice etc. ... I’m at the end of my tether and term has just started."

This is the second complaint against this property this academic year.
