(S119) Complaint about noise at an upper-floor flat in Westfield Park on 31 October 2020.

Resident says: "Noise and a covid-rule breaking Hallowe’en party appeared to be mainly in the top part of [xx] Westfield Park.  Music blaring out until at least 0115 Sunday morning, shouty voices all evening, inside and out, and MANY people attending…"

Operation Beech was alerted and attended.
