* Collingwood, 25 Sep: Third complaint

(S107) Third complaint about noise at a property in Collingwood Road, near Melville Road, at 00:14am on 25 September 2020.

Resident says she was woken by her student neighbours "shouting, laughing and drinking" in the garden. "I have asked them multiple times previously not to use their garden as their living room at night as we can’t sleep with this noise."
