* Collingwood, 20 Sep: Second complaint

(S104) Second complaint about a property in Collingwood Road, near Melville Road, this one relating to noise on the night of 19/20 September 2020.

Resident says her student neighbours were gathered in the garden after midnight. "They might think that they were not noisy but, as you can imagine, several people talking/ laughing in the middle of the night outside of your bedroom window can be quite disturbing when you are trying to sleep!"

This property was the subject of a previous complaint, to the landlord.
