* Clarendon, 28 Sep: Multiple incidents

(S111) Complaint about multiple noise incidents at a property in Clarendon Road, Redland, on various dates in September 2020.

Referring to previous complaints in July, the resident says: "Although the very large, noisy parties seem to have stopped, they are still frequently playing loud music ..."


She cites several recent incidents:


"18.9.20 Noisy party in garden ... Shouting, yelling and loud music. Noise clearly audible

at [three other properties].  Continued until around 11.00pm.


"27.9.20  Loud bass/music thumping through the walls ... Continued until around 11.00pm. Neighbour at [another address] woken at around midnight by girls shouting/screeching in the street before entering number [xx].


"28.9.20 Another noisy gathering. ...  Around 10pm, neighbours saw people arriving, shouting/yelling in the street and loud slamming of the door of the property.  Still noisy at midnight.  Residents at [three properties] disturbed by the noise."
