* Ashgrove, 1 Jun: 'Thumping music'

(21109) Two residents have complained about noise disturbance at a property in Ashgrove Road on 1 June 2022.

Resident1 wrote to UoB: "Last night there was a loud student party at [xx] Ashgrove Road that went on till 3am and prevented me from getting enough rest for work. ... Multiple requests were made for them to move inside or be less loud, to no effect. There was also suspected drug use ..."

Resident2 wrote: "We .... were significantly disturbed last night 31 May/1 June. I was woken at 01.40 (despite having ear plugs in) by shouting, loud talking, some background thumping music by the residents and presumably others at the above property. Many of them were sitting on the pavement ... and as I watched one of the males moved on to the road and urinated in full view of the others. ..."
