* Arlington Mansions, 11 Dec: 'Loud music'

(21093) Complaint about noise disturbance from a student flat in Arlington Mansions, a large block in Arlington Villas, Clifton, in the early hours of 11 December 2021.

A resident wrote to UoB reporting: "Loud shouting and music heard inside my triple-glazed house whilst watching TV! I messaged Operation Beech @ 00:50. I can still hear it while trying to sleep. I took a short video standing outside my front door—from the flashing disco lights, open window and people moving about inside it seems to be Flat [x] Arlington Mansions. "
