* Aberdeen, 12 Jun: 'They're having a rave'

(S155) Complaint about noise disturbance at a student property in Aberdeen Road on night of 11/ 12 June 2021.

Resident says: "The time is 0100hrs on Friday night going into Saturday. [xx] Aberdeen Road are having what I can only describe as a rave in their house and large rear garden. I have no idea how many people are within, however every floor of the house has lights on and movement in each room plus the garden is pretty full. I have attached videos of the noise levels.

"I did call and text the [Operation Beech] line but no response so assume they were busy. I knocked [on] the door myself but it was so loud inside no one answered despite several attempts.

"This unfortunately is the second weekend in a row this property has caused us issues."

This is the sixth complaint recorded against this property since 1 July 2020.
