* West Park, 6 Jun: 'Excessive shouting'

(22068) A resident complained of "over five hours with excessive shouting and loud swearing" at a student gathering in the garden of a property in West Park, Clifton Down, on the evening of 6 June 2023.

The resident wrote to UoB: "Please find attached videos of the noise at [xx] West Park on Tuesday night ... The first video was taken at 9pm .... This is only 5 minutes of what was going on for over 5 hours with excessive shouting and loud swearing.

"The party was already in full-swing when I got home just after 5pm ... The second video was taken at 11pm and the party continued after that.

"This is not the first time this has happened recently but it was certainly the rowdiest."
