* Warwick, 16 Sep: Noise in garden

(S103) Third complaint about noise at a property in Warwick Road, this time relating to a gathering in the garden on 16 September 2020.

Resident says the house is occupied by nine UWE students who had three friends round for an afternoon barbecue, extending into the evening and leading to noise which caused her to complain after 10pm. Earlier she had called the police to report the numbers present. She also mentions being woken on another occasion by two of the housemates talking outside "only a few metres away" from her bedroom.

Update, 24/09/2020: I've deleted a reference in the above paragraph to the students being with UWE, since further information puts that in doubt. I've also removed the UWE tag from the article.

Another neighbour says the students "gather day & night in their garden" and is concerned that there are sometimes more people present than current Covid restrictions allow, counting 15 on one recent occasion.

The house has been cited in two previous complaints since 1 July.
