* Trelawney, 24 Oct: 'Loud until 2am'

(21076) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Trelawney Road on the night of Sat-Sun, 23-24 October 2021.

Resident said in an email to UoB: "I am writing to report excessive noise at [xx] Trelawney Rd last night.

The context to this is that since the start of term I have had contact with the house and advised on noise and recycling. They are an amicable group of students . On Thursday they wrote a note informing me that it was a double 21s birthday celebration and they planned a party last night. I advised them to inform other neighbours particularly the house opposite with a newborn and toddler. I also reminded them of the VC [Vice-Chancellors'] letter and expectations around noise and behaviour. The party was loud and intrusive and went on until 2am."
