* Ravenswood, 13 May: 'Big daytime party'

(22062) Complaint about daytime noise from the garden of a student property in Ravenswood Road, Cotham, on Saturday, 13 May 2023.

Resident wrote to UoB at just after 5pm: "As I write this on our first sunny afternoon, Number xx Ravenswood Road (a house of 10 students!) are having a LOUD, rowdy, big party in the garden -- music, shouting and drinking. "I visited them on a polite visit two weeks ago to make them aware that any noise in their garden affects all the houses in our road and the noise is amplified. I am somewhat shocked at their blatant disregard for the peace of their neighbours on this day."
