* Mortimer, 7 Nov: 'Beech ineffective'

(21080) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Mortimer Road, Clifton, on 7 November 2021. (This is the first of three complaints about different properties in the street on the same night.)

Resident says: "There was a 21st birthday party at [x] Mortimer Road. ... As you can see from the [video] clip, there was both noise/music from within the house and lots of people making a noise on the street outside the house. We texted Operation Beech, who attended but were totally ineffective as the noise and disturbance was still ongoing at 2.00 am."
