* Mortimer, 17 Dec: 'No effort to be quiet'

(21096) Complaint about noise disturbance from a student flat in Mortimer Road, Clifton, in the early hours of 17 December 2021.

A resident wrote to UoB: "1.00 - 3.00 am Friday, 17 December: a great deal of noise (chatter and shouting) from within street-facing kitchen/reception room with windows open plus loud talking in the areas in front of [xx] Mortimer Road on pathways and in the street. Clearly lots of people present in the reception room, and coming and going, making no effort to be quiet or considerate of neighbours."

This was the third complaint about the tenants of this flat, following incidents reported in October and November (see links below).
