* Manilla, 16 Oct: 'Loud garden party'

(21072) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Manilla Road on 16 October 2021.

Resident says: "We were woken at 23:30 last night by a loud garden party at the rear of the above property. ... I got dressed and went over, called for silence from behind the wall, got the usual 'sorry', but of course it was too late for that."
