* Lansdown, 22 Oct: Third complaints

(21075) Two residents have complained about noise disturbance involving two student properties in Lansdown Road, Chandos, on 22 October 2021.

Resident1 wrote to UoB: "I am contacting you about noise from student houses - possibly [A] and [B] Lansdown Road . I was woken initially by shouting at 2.30. Over the next hour there were two more incidents as different taxis arrived back. Although each disruption did not last very long the shouting and screaming were extremely loud and woke me up."

Resident2 said: "One incident seemed to involve a dispute between one of the girls living at [A], and a visiting boy, with the students from [B] getting involved. Whatever the reason, this all happened about 4.30am in the morning, with the students behaving as if it was in the middle of the day. Which highlights the basic problem: very many students socialise throughout the night, a time when other residents are sleeping."

This is the third complaint against each of the properties, which are on opposite sides of Lansdown Road.
