(21050) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Lansdown Road on the night of 20-21 September 2021.

A resident says: "Throughout the night various small groups congregated on the front steps talking loudly. At one point there was loud music but mercifully this was short lived - the main disturbance was caused by the loud talking and the noisy comings and goings. "This might seem pretty benign—what’s the problem with students gathering in the garden and talking—but this wasn’t in the middle of the afternoon, it was throughout the night when everyone around was trying to sleep. The students' behaviour showed a complete lack of consideration for other residents."
