* Kings House, 19 Mar: 'Extremely disruptive'

(S141) Complaint about noise disturbance from Kings House, Little Paul Street, on the night of 19/20 March 2021.

Resident wrote to Flats4Students, which acts as agent for flats at the building: "Please could [you] remind your tenants that gathering outside the front of your property and chatting out the windows late at night is extremely disruptive to neighbours. There was multiple instances this evening up to 23:45 most recently."

He wrote again after midnight to say noise was continuing from one apartment.
