(S127) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Grange Road on 5 December 2020.
Resident says: "After many weeks of peace and quiet we were woken at 02:30 by a couple chatting away on the steps of [x] Grange. We were woken again at 04:40 so a night's sleep seriously disturbed."
Previous noise incidents at this and other local addresses during the summer were reported in this article.
