* Grange, 4 Jul: 'Loud, with foul language'

(21006) Complaint about noise disturbance from student party in Grange Road, Clifton, in the early hours of 4 July 2021.

Resident says: "12 midnight -- 6 or so leave a loud party with the front door remaining open. They were shouting with the usual accompaniment of foul language. They eventually left the steps and walked along Grange Road, shouting as they left. At 01:10 -- a repeat performance with the door wide open as another few left noisily. At 01:30 the door opened and a group stood around making the usual racket. I opened my bedroom window and asked then to leave or go back in and close the door. The response was '**** off'. They remained outside for several minutes before setting off, loudly, along the road. Covid rules ignored at this party."
