* Grange, 1 Oct: 'Shocking event'

(22034) Late complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Grange Road, Clifton, on the night of 30 September/1 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "... it has come to light that there was a very bad incident whilst we were on holiday. My neighbours at [x] & [x] ... told me about this on my return but, as I didn't witness it, I didn't report it. Now, videos have come to light from another neighbour, at [x] ... These were filmed between midnight and 4am on the 30th Sept and 1st October. This was a shocking event, complete with foul language."

The resident had previously reported being woken by noise from the same property at 2-30am on 8 October.
