(21033) Complaint about loud party at a property in Cotham Vale on 29 July 2021. This is the second complaint against this property.

Resident says: "Last night no. [xx} had a very loud party in their garden which went on to past 11.30 causing great distress to us as we were unable to sleep.

"This is now getting way beyond acceptable and is detrimental to our health through lack of sleep and distress. My blood pressure tablets are no longer working adequately. People in our household have to work and this is just not tolerable."
