(S142) Resident reports "massive noise" from 4am from a student house in Cotham Vale in the early hours of 20 March 2021.

Resident says: "I went round but no one answered the door because they were all in the garden screaming, singing, shouting etc. Visited again during the day (noon) and was told this would happen rarely. Hmmm..."
