* Cotham Vale, 15 Sep: Fourth complaint

(21045) Two residents have complained about noise disturbance at a property in Cotham Vale on the night of 14-15 September 2021. This is the fourth complaint against the property since July 1.

Resident1 says: "We have new student neighbours in [xx] Cotham Vale and straight away they had a party, on a Tuesday night. I went around at 23:30 to let them know that they are depriving the surrounding residents from sleep, needed for work the next day or childcare or health reasons.

"They agreed to keep inside and shut the back garden door. After an hour's calming down I went to

get some sleep and found that at 12:30am they were all back out in the garden again!"

Resident2 reported "unacceptable noise from the ... property last night" and asked UoB and the managing agents to take action.
