* Collingwood, 17 Sep: 'Loud music in day'

(S102) Complaint about noisy daytime behaviour at a property on the west side of Collingwood Road on 17 September 2020.

Resident says: "Even during the daytime this house does not seem to have any filter or regard for those around them. They have all windows wide open and sometimes  are just having conversations, but really loud, so much so that it is distracting myself and husband as we try to work from home.  ...  Some of the content of their conversations we would rather not have to involuntarily hear!  However,  today there is loud music and loud conversations."

Email indicates this is a second complaint against this property since 1 July 2020: "We have many concerns regarding this household. My husband went around in July to complain about noise. They were really amicable and apologetic but then proceeded to have a party every single night until they left !!"

Those earlier events weren't recorded on this website.
