* Collingwood, 15 Sep: 'Talking loudly'

(S101) Complaint about students talking loudly at night outside a property on the east side of Collingwood Road on two occasions, 15 and 16 September 2020.

Resident says the students have "taken to sitting on the top-floor window ledge over the front bay window at night and talking very loudly." He says the disturbances happened at midnight or later and continued despite his requests for quiet.
