* Clyde Park, 25 Sep: 'Two parties in a week'
(22023) A student party in Clyde Park, Cotham, in the early hours of 25 September 2022 resulted in calls to Operation Beech.
Beat music was coming from a top-floor room, and people inside and outside the property were talking loudly and occasionally shouting, including people arriving and leaving. The front door was open and a young woman was talking loudly on her phone while sitting on the ledge of an open upstairs window. Two other people were talking at a skylight window in the west-facing roof and could be heard some distance from the house.
One of two residents who contacted Beech said: "I unfortunately had to ask Operation Beech to attend [xx] Clyde Park just before 1am this morning, due to excessive noise inside and out. Operation Beech attended and agreed with the students that the music would be turned down and the windows closed. I am so grateful for this service."
(This house is the same one cited on 20 September. It appears the earlier event involved tenants in the ground-floor flat and the second one was the top-floor flat. This nevertheless means there were two disruptive parties at this property in less than a week. Both flats are managed by Flatline.)
