* Brighton, 12 Jul: 'Party until 5am'

(21014) Complaint about noise disturbance at a student property in Brighton Road on 12 July 2021.

A resident who lives in Cowper Road wrote in an email: "Student party continues at [xx] Brighton Road despite polite request ... an hour ago, now 2.30am. Music has been turned down a little but up to 20 people [present], some intermittently assembling outside in the rear garden talking and laughing without any regard for those of us who have [to] get up for work in a few hours."

Later he emailed again: "Quiet at 5.28am."

A Brighton Road resident also reports being woken by noise in the early hours.
