(22048) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Alma Vale Road, Clifton Down, on 29 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "I’d like to pass on to you two complaints I’ve made recently. The first was a Halloween party on 29th October at [xx] Alma Vale Road. I sent a text to Op Beech around 12.30am and the noise had ceased by 1am."
