* Alma Vale, 29 May: 'Threat of fine'

(22065) Complaint about noise at a student property in Alma Vale Road, Clifton Down, on the night of 28/29 May 2023.

Resident says there was "loud shouting and music in the garden .... Reported to [the university] and the students were threatened with a £250 fine each if it happens again. They were advised not to go ahead with a planned birthday party and thankfully they did not."
