* Aberdeen, 14 Jul: 'Noise from garden'

(21015) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Aberdeen Road on 14 July 2021.

Resident wrote to UoB at 22:35: "Tonight we are having issues with [xx] Aberdeen Road (yet again). This is a problem house that I have previously complained about. I am unsure if it’s new or previous students in there. There’s a substantial amount of people out in the back garden causing noise as well as from the house ... I have tried contacting [Operation] Beech but no response. ... I fully appreciate it’s nice to be outside, however the level is unacceptable for people who have work in the morning and have to leave windows open due to to heat."
