(S096) Fourth complaint of noise at a property in Hampton Road, near the Chandos Road junction, this time relating to a party in the early hours of 9 September 2020.
Resident reports loud music from around midnight to about 2-30am.
(I also observed this event and spoke to students at the property at about 1-20am.)
