(S100) Complaint about noise from a flat above restaurant on south side of Chandos Road on night of 12/13 September 2020.
Resident reports loud music from 11pm onwards, continuing past 2am. "The first and second floor windows were open, and there were party lights flashing, but the music was much more muted on the Chandos Road side of the building. The loud music was coming from the rear windows ...," thereby affecting residents in Lansdown and Brighton Roads.
