(S093) Record of multiple incidents relating to a student property in Oakfield Road during mid-August 2020.

Excerpt from resident's messages to UoB: "This [19 August] is the fourth night out of the last five that we have had our sleep disturbed by the rowdy students partying at [xx] Oakfield Road. They are currently singing at the top of their lungs to a song, interspersed with loud whoops, jeers and shouts. In speaking to neighbours in the last few days there are many of us distressed by the shrieking rowdiness, keeping whole households awake—there are 5 of us currently awake at gone 1pm (including two children) in this household alone."

Resident reports that since UoB visited the property there have been no further incidents.
