(xxxx) Complaint of loud party in Cowper Road on 15 August 2020, lasting into the early hours.

Resident wrote to UoB: "My fiancé and I were disturbed until about 3am this morning by a very loud party (music and people) at [xx/xx] Cowper Road.This started at about 3pm and lasted at least 12 hours with at least 15 people present. This also spilled onto the main road and other older members of the street were visibly disturbed by this."
