"I have visited this house of students on two occasions in the last week. They are playing loud music and shouting constantly in the garden through the day and into the early hours of the morning. They have disregarded our two visits and our conversation asking for respect for residents' peace. Despite being polite to us on the doorstep they have not in any way responded to our polite request to stop constantly shouting at the top of their voices and playing music."
