* Brighton, 6 July: 'Woken at 1am'

(S009) Resident complains to UoB about noise from student house and garden in Brighton Road on 6 July, extending beyond midnight.

He writes: "Last night we had to put up with noise from early evening by students who have moved into No 3x, in their back garden until after 11.00pm—and then I was woken at 1.00am by noise from them ....

"When I went outside there was a student sat on the window ledge of the middle floor having a loud conversation on his mobile and at the same time with students in the bedroom. When I asked him to go inside and close the window he seemed reluctant ..."

He says there was also noise from No. [4x] in the same street and he had to go and speak to students there at around 1:15am.
