* Whiteladies, 26 Sep: Second complaint

(S109) Further complaint about noise from student accommodation over shops in Whiteladies Road, this time in the early hours of 26 September 2020.

Resident says in an email to UoB: "Last night we were woken at about 01:30am by the noise of a party at the above address (very loud music and a lot of shouting). It was apparent that there were more students in the property than the number of rooms which are let and several students from No xx were seen to enter the house. This would seem to breach the Covid regulations."

The resident also refers to "two previous late-night disturbances at this property" in August which were cited in a previous incident report (see below)
