(S120) Complaint about noise near the junction of Hampton Park and Cotham Hill in the early hours of 1 November 2020.
Resident reports "three large groups of costumed students" —presumably Hallowe'en revellers — "yelling loudly to one another" outside {x] Hampton Park at 1:40am. She alerted Operation Beech but the groups dispersed "after I spoke to them, before Beech attended".
