(21107) Complaint about late-night noise from a student house in Cotham Vale on 3 May 2022. This is the fifth complaint about this property this academic year.

Resident1 wrote to UoB: "2.35 am this morning: very loud music coming from No. xx. I called from the garden to get them to turn it down and then went to their front door and knocked. No response either way (plenty of lights on). Music stopped later on but night's sleep lost. No sense of volume control! Fifth noise issue since July 2021 at this address by my reckoning. "

Resident2: "Yes, they woke me up, ridiculously loud music blaring across the neighbourhood until 3am."
